Order Processing Time

  • Each item is handcrafted with care and made to order, so please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

  • Please note that slight variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur due to the unique nature of handcrafted items, but rest assured, this is what makes your piece one-of-a-kind.

Shipping Time

  • Once your order is processed, we will ship it out within 3-5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days, but this may vary depending on local customs or unforeseen delays.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, with faster delivery times depending on your region.

Shipping Rates

  • We offer free standard shipping for all orders within Malaysia.

  • International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the size/weight of your order.

Order Tracking

  • After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

  • Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated after shipment.

Customs & Import Duties
